Administrative Applicants

Applicants for administrative/supervisory vacancies in the Jefferson County School System must complete an online application and include the following attachments with the application:  Letter of interest to Lawrence C. Carter, Director of Human Resources, resume, valid Alabama Administrator’s Certificate and/or letter from college or university, and a college transcript(s).  If selected for a position, additional information is required as outlined in the certificated employment checklist. Please go to www.alsde.edu and click on the “Teach in Alabama” link for the online application.  Follow the State Department’s instructions and complete the online application; remember to include the attachments listed above.
